Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
1. Overview
At FFREAKJEANS , we maintain a strict quality control process to ensure every product meets our standards.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
All approved returns are processed as store credit or exchange only.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To ensure fair resolution of claims, an unboxing video is required for any issue related to:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect products
- Missing items
The video must:
- Be continuous and uncut
- Clearly show the sealed package before opening
- Display the shipping label
- Capture the full unboxing process
Claims without valid video proof may not be accepted.
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
Once a return is approved, you may choose:
- Exchange (subject to product availability), or
- Store Credit issued as a digital code
Store credit:
- Valid for 90 days from issue
- Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Worn, used, washed, or altered products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products purchased under sale, discount, or promotional offers

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide unboxing video and clear images
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- Store credit

7. Processing Timeline
- Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after receipt
- Store credit or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days

8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
